This role involves managing incoming and outgoing shipments, operating forklifts, tracking inventory, and working closely with engineers and Technical Program Managers to ensure equipment and materials are properly handled and accounted for.

• Manage the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing trailers.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming packages, pallets, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments and deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment safely.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate shipment and inventory records.
• Use Microsoft Excel to update inventory logs and track material locations.
• Ensure equipment and materials are stored in the correct locations and can be located quickly when needed.
• Coordinate dock door activities, deliveries, and pickups.
• Work with engineers, Technical Program Managers, and other teams to support shipping and receiving needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and meet daily operational deadlines.
