• Carefully placing the parts on the rotating lapping plate, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.

• Observing the machine operation, checking for any irregularities, and making necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality. 
• Inspecting finished parts-Measuring and checking the flatness, surface roughness, and other critical dimensions of the lapped parts to verify compliance with specifications.
