  • Perform routine calibration of measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, laser measurement systems, and other precision tools.
  • Verify and adjust gauges, pressure testers, and dimensional measurement devices to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain calibration records and generate reports to ensure traceability and compliance with ISO regulations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in measurements and work with the quality assurance team to resolve issues.
  • Assist in developing and refining calibration procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure all calibrated equipment meets internal quality standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to uphold precision tolerances and specifications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years inspection or calibration experience 
  • Working knowledge measurement tools and devices (Micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, optical comparator, rulers, calipers and other inspection devises automated inspection with advanced vision inspection systems electronic inspection equipment, such as coordinate-measuring machines (CMMs).
