Will be working directly with sales and the operations team to oversee all incoming return orders.  It is truly a position that will expose this candidate to many aspects of the business.   Along with supporting our customers, you will learn about many consumer products like earbuds, mobile phones, gaming accessories and much more.  Your knowledge base will help you provide the best support for our customers via the phone, emails and other messaging media.  Coordinate with customers and internal sales agents to perform customer support and merchandise replacements / credits / repairs on equipment. Test and report the status of all returns, repairs, and defects on equipment. Monitor RMA inventory control on a continuous basis. Coordinate with internal departments for quick, accurate shipment of products. Daily inventory counts. •Basic experience with Inventory & Quality Control
