Job Description:
• Provide hands-on electro-mechanical support of machine construction to include mechanical integration tasks, various calibrations, verification of wiring, machine startup and final testing.
• Perform light assembly tasks, as required.
• Complete QC testing, documentation, and reporting according to company procedures using automated test sequences.
• Occasional wiring of system accessories to include pulling wire, terminating, wiring motors and electrical modules.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned including clean-up, department organization, material movement, and forklift operation.

Requirements

Essential Skills:
• HS Diploma with some technical schooling or training
• Minimum 3-5 years of directly related hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment ideally in the integration and fabrication of complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Proven troubleshooting skills.
• Wiring and/or basic electrical experience or knowledge required
• Proficiency in cutting, stripping and crimping cables and harnesses is ideal
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics and engineering documentation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US and must be able to successfully pass a complete background check and drug test
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude. Must be familiar with the use of hand tools, including digital voltmeters
• Must be a strong team player, capable of thriving in a close knit, cross functional team environment.
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Computer Skills.
