Established Manufacturing Client is seeking a Production Assistant Supervisor for a true contract to hire opportunity. This person will handle all supervision of 5-20 people and oversee the operations on the assembly and production floor. This position is paying $21.50-$23.50/HR depending on experience. 

• Ability to learn and operate production equipment safely 
• Plan the production schedule and delegate assignments within teams to meet shipment deadlines
• Training and supervision of 5-20 employees
• Ensure deadlines and documentation is complete in timely manner
• Ability to lead a team, mentor, hands on position
• Other duties as assigned by manager
