Data Entry: Accurately enter major vendor invoices into the company’s project management system and excel spreadsheet.  Work with purchasing team to assign and categorize POs using the appropriate CSI codes. Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and up to date. CSI Coding: Understand and apply CSI MasterFormat codes to various construction materials and services. Maintain a learned knowledge of CSI coding standards and updates. Review and verify CSI codes for accuracy and consistency. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, purchasing team, and other departments to gather necessary information and ensure accurate data entry. Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to facilitate smooth workflow and data sharing.
